With spring and summer in sight, now is the perfect time to start preparing for a fiesta Mexicana! The season’s newest trend takes the bright colors of now and gives them a southwest, Mexican-inspired flair. The fiesta Mexicana trend consists of Day of the Dead skulls, Aztec prints and distressed denim paired back to neon colors. Mara Hoffman’s spring collection was full of the geometric designs and bold colors. Designer Shaun Samson celebrated his own SoCal upbringing with poncho silhouettes and Mexican serape fabric.


Over at Swell, Billabong’s Rogan Dress is the perfect spring dress. ASOS’ Mex Tex Playsuit is the whole package, Forever 21’s Geo Mexico Tank isn’t big on subtleties but is right on trend and WILL Leather Goods’ Acalan Messenger Bag makes for additional must-have.
